Ingredients
- 3 slices turkey breast
- handful arugula
- 3 slices tomato
- 1 tablespoon goat cheese
- 3 thin slices red onion
- 1 tablespoon lite Italian salad dressing
- 1 wheat or flour wrap
Cooking Directions
- Add goat cheese and spread onto wrap
- Place turkey at one end of wrap and cover with tomato, red onion, and arugula
- Add lite Italian salad dressing over wrap
- Roll wrap into a tube like shape and eat
