Ingredients

  • 3 slices turkey breast
  • handful arugula
  • 3 slices tomato
  • 1 tablespoon goat cheese
  • 3 thin slices red onion
  • 1 tablespoon lite Italian salad dressing
  • 1 wheat or flour wrap

Cooking Directions

  1. Add goat cheese and spread onto wrap
  2. Place turkey at one end of wrap and cover with tomato, red onion, and arugula
  3. Add lite Italian salad dressing over wrap
  4. Roll wrap into a tube like shape and eat
