Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 29 ounces diced tomatoes drained
  • 32 ounces red kidney beans drained
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 onions
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 cup shredded mixed blend Taco Cheese

Cooking Directions

  1. Add ground brief to a pan and cook until browned
  2. Drain grease from browned ground beef pan and add to crock pot
  3. Chop garlic and onion finely and add all ingredients into crock pot and set to low
  4. Slow cook for 8 hours while adding a sprinkle of chili powder, cumin, and pepper every 45 minutes
  5. Serve into bowl with shredded cheese and enjoy
