  • 1 lime
  • 1 shot Rum (Cuban Havana if you are lucky enough to have access or Bacardi will do)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 6 ounces club soda
  • 8 mint leaves
  • handful ice

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash lime and mints thoroughly, then slice lime into quarters
  2. Add 2 quarters of lime to bottom of glass with 4 mint leaves, sugar, and then muddle until lime juice, mint, and sugar caramelize
  3. Add ice, shot of rum and club soda (for best results, transfer contents to another glass)
  4. Add additional mint leaves, then stir well and repeat for another tasty Mojito glass!
  5. Ready to serve
