Ingredients
- 1 lime
- 1 shot Rum (Cuban Havana if you are lucky enough to have access or Bacardi will do)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 6 ounces club soda
- 8 mint leaves
- handful ice
Cooking Directions
- Wash lime and mints thoroughly, then slice lime into quarters
- Add 2 quarters of lime to bottom of glass with 4 mint leaves, sugar, and then muddle until lime juice, mint, and sugar caramelize
- Add ice, shot of rum and club soda (for best results, transfer contents to another glass)
- Add additional mint leaves, then stir well and repeat for another tasty Mojito glass!
- Ready to serve
