Ingredients

  • 1 Joseph’s Omega Flax Flatbread
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons Herbes de Provence
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons French Brie
  • 1 teaspoon Pecorino Romano

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Finely chop garlic and place flatbread on top of aluminum foil, over cooking sheet
  3. Lightly dress flatbread with olive oil and then add chopped garlic spread across
  4. Add salt, pepper, and then Pecorino Romano also spread across flatbread
  5. Chop French brie into little pieces and place across flatbread and then topped with Herbes de Provence
  6. Place in oven for 10 minutes and when flatbread focaccia begins to turn golden brown, remove
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes, then slice in four square pieces with pizza cutter and serve
