Ingredients
- 1 Joseph’s Omega Flax Flatbread
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons Herbes de Provence
- pinch salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons French Brie
- 1 teaspoon Pecorino Romano
Cooking Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Finely chop garlic and place flatbread on top of aluminum foil, over cooking sheet
- Lightly dress flatbread with olive oil and then add chopped garlic spread across
- Add salt, pepper, and then Pecorino Romano also spread across flatbread
- Chop French brie into little pieces and place across flatbread and then topped with Herbes de Provence
- Place in oven for 10 minutes and when flatbread focaccia begins to turn golden brown, remove
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then slice in four square pieces with pizza cutter and serve
