Ingredients

  • 2 thin slices smoked beef brisket (already prepared, see Smoked Beef Brisket Recipe)
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sauteed onions and peppers (already prepared)
  • 1 onion and green pepper (if not already prepared)
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 french baguette

Cooking Directions

  1. Chop onions and peppers and add to pan with olive oil at high heat for 20-25 minutes if onion and pepper saute is not already prepared
  2. Slice baguette in half and add cheddar cheese, then toast
  3. Once cheese melts, add brisket slices and top with onions and peppers
  4. Add BBQ sauce and then serve
