Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup Reggiano Parmigiano
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Cooking Directions

  1. Trim off asparagus ends
  2. Boil water for asparagus or place into asparagus steamer for 5 minutes or until asparagus begins to turn soft
  3. Drain water and place asparagus on plate
  4. Add black pepper, salt, and butter
  5. Gently toss asparagus to allow ingredients to come together
  6. Add grated Reggiano Parmigiano across asparagus
  7. Ready to serve
