Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- pinch salt
- 1/4 cup Reggiano Parmigiano
- 1 teaspoon butter
Cooking Directions
- Trim off asparagus ends
- Boil water for asparagus or place into asparagus steamer for 5 minutes or until asparagus begins to turn soft
- Drain water and place asparagus on plate
- Add black pepper, salt, and butter
- Gently toss asparagus to allow ingredients to come together
- Add grated Reggiano Parmigiano across asparagus
- Ready to serve
