Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) chicken fillets
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons fresh rosemary
  • 2 ounces Asiago cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Cooking Directions

  1. Clean chicken and trim any fat off, then season on both sides dress lightly with olive oil, salt, and pepper
  2. Chop garlic finely and sprinkle over chicken breasts, then grate Asiago cheese over chicken as well
  3. Place fresh rosemary over chicken breasts and place in oven already preheated to 425 degrees. Let cook for 30 minutes
  4. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes
  5. Ready to serve
