Asiago Crusted Chicken with Fresh Rosemary Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) chicken fillets
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons fresh rosemary
- 2 ounces Asiago cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Cooking Directions
- Clean chicken and trim any fat off, then season on both sides dress lightly with olive oil, salt, and pepper
- Chop garlic finely and sprinkle over chicken breasts, then grate Asiago cheese over chicken as well
- Place fresh rosemary over chicken breasts and place in oven already preheated to 425 degrees. Let cook for 30 minutes
- Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes
- Ready to serve
